Xinxiang Group (SATS) and Vietnam Airlines JSC signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to jointly build and operate an air cargo station at LTIA, Vietnam.
Xinxiang Group issued a statement on Friday (March 14) stating that the two sides will also cooperate to carry out strategic projects, including strengthening ground handling and cargo services for Vietnam Airlines' international routes.
“This cooperation will combine Xinxiang Group's expertise in the field of aviation logistics, global network, and Vietnam Airlines' plan to create the first global cargo airline, making both sides an important force in promoting the growth of Vietnam's air cargo and logistics industries.”
Xinxiang Group CEO Mo Zhixiong said: “We are delighted to sign this memorandum of understanding with Vietnam Airlines, which is highly consistent with our strategic goals.
“This cooperation contains huge growth potential, and we will work together to find new opportunities in the global market. With deep expertise and extensive experience, Xinxiang Group is committed to providing efficient freight stations and ground services at the latest airports in Vietnam.”
