Little Angels Without Rain: A Heartwarming Initiative to Bring Joy to Children in Remote Mountainous Regions

In the remote mountainous regions of Sichuan Province, China, children often face the harsh reality of not having access to basic necessities like raincoats, rain boots, and umbrellas. During rainy days, they would have to walk carefully on muddy roads, holding hands with their friends and family members, just to get home from school. This is a common scene in many villages in the region.

To address this issue, the Aide Education Public Welfare Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing education and support to children in remote mountainous regions, has launched a heartwarming initiative to bring joy to these children. The organization aims to provide each of the 953 children in the region with a raincoat, rain boots, and an umbrella, so that they can feel protected and comfortable during rainy days.

The initiative, called "Little Angels Without Rain," is a comprehensive program that includes four components:

1. A raincoat for each child, donated at a cost of 25 yuan (approximately $3.50 USD).

2. A pair of rain boots for each child, donated at a cost of 44 yuan (approximately $6.20 USD).

3. An umbrella for each child, donated at a cost of 49 yuan (approximately $7 USD).

4. A comprehensive package that includes all the above items, donated at a cost of 118 yuan (approximately $17 USD).

The Aide Education Public Welfare Association was established in 2015 and has since grown to become a prominent non-profit organization in the region. With the support of volunteers and social welfare organizations, the organization has helped to repair and build schools, provide educational materials, and support teachers in remote mountainous regions.

The organization's mission is to provide education and support to children in remote mountainous regions, and to help them receive a better education. The "Little Angels Without Rain" initiative is just one of the many projects that the organization has undertaken to achieve this goal.
