According to public information, Chen Chunping, male, Han nationality, born in January 1970, graduate student, doctor of economics, member of the Communist Party of China. He served as the director of the Finance Department of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and other positions, and will be promoted to the vice chairman of the autonomous region government in May 2021.

On the morning of June 14, the first plenary meeting of the 13th Committee of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region of the Communist Party of China was held in Yinchuan. By secret ballot, the plenary session elected members, secretary and deputy secretary of the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth Committee of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region of the Communist Party of China. Chen Chunping and four others were newly elected as members of the Standing Committee of the Ningxia Party Committee.
