Japan’s iconic Nakagin Capsule Tower, one of Tokyo’s most unique architectural examples, is set to be dismantled soon.

Built in the early 70s, the individual residential units were designed to be removable or replaceable. The target end-users were bachelor Tokyo salarymen who only needed a simple, minimalist home.
