In the survey, over 60% of the respondents' year-end awards did not exceed the threshold of 10,000 yuan, and 40% of the respondents' year-end awards were less than expected. According to the report, 61.3% of the respondents had a threshold of 10,000 yuan, and 22.5% of the respondents had a year-end bonus of 10,000 to 100,000 yuan. According to the report, 55.4% of the respondents' 2018 year-end awards did not change much from 2017, 20.2% of the respondents' 2018 year-end awards increased compared with 2017, and 24.4% of the respondents' 2018 year-end awards compared to 2017. cut back.
From a geographical perspective, the report shows that in the national year-end award city rankings, the top three are occupied by three first-tier cities: Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen. How to get money? Over 50% of respondents' year-end awards and financial management tend to be an Internet financial platform, and less than 10% of respondents tend to invest in the stock market. According to the report, 51.6% of respondents tend to conduct year-end bonus investment and financial management on Internet financial platforms (such as Tencent Wealth Management, etc.), and 47.8% of respondents prefer to conduct year-end bonus investment and financial management in banks. The stock market downturn has affected user financial management behavior, and only 7.4% of respondents tend to invest in the stock market for year-end bonuses.
