Residents scramble to grab stacks of cash from filthy drain waters in #India.

Police in India are trying to figure out why stacks of cash were found in a drain. Residents of the Bihar state reportedly saw the bundles of money, 10 and 100 notes, floating in the drain and jumped in.

By the time police arrived, all the money was gone.

Some speculate the cash was fake and planted to cause a scene or to flood the market with #counterfeit notes, which has been a major problem in the country.
