In 2018, Miao Miao was found with severe injuries, including burns and chemical burns, which left her skin fragile and sensitive. She also developed epilepsy, which caused her to have frequent seizures.
Despite her condition, Miao Miao’s caregivers have worked tirelessly to provide her with the necessary treatment and care. With slow and steady progress, Miao Miao’s seizures have decreased from several times a day to only a few times a week. Her appetite and urination have returned to normal, and she has maintained a healthy weight.
However, Miao Miao’s journey is far from over. She still requires regular check-ups and medication to manage her epilepsy and skin issues. To support her ongoing care, the organization is seeking donations to cover the medical expenses from May 28th to September 5th, 2024.
