Yitai Yaju (ELTA), a private home project located in Jinwentai, sold 328 units in the first weekend of opening, accounting for nearly two-thirds of the total number of projects.

This 99-year title deed was undertaken by HC Land (Clementi), a joint venture between MCL Real Estate and CSC Land. This is the first joint development project of the two companies.

According to data provided by Huttons and ERA Sunday (February 23), Yitai Yaju sold 328 units in the first weekend. Ye Runming, CEO of Heden Asia, pointed out that the project is located in Jinwentai Road 1, and projects in this area are usually very popular.

He said: “The land available for development of residential properties in the Kinmantai area is scarce, while the Yitai Yaju is the last land available for building private houses on the Kinmantai Road. Buyers recognize the limited supply and expect to achieve value-added.”

He also pointed out that this area is close to National University, One-north and Jurong Lake District, and there are many schools around it. The upcoming cross-island line will also enhance the transportation connection in this area.
