Five small businesses are the first to obtain the copper-grade certification of the Singapore Consumer Association Guarantee Mark, providing consumers with confidence and assurance.

To support small and skilled businesses, the Singapore Consumer Association launched the CaseTrust Copper Certification in August last year for small businesses with sales of less than RMB 1 million to recognize their commitment to protecting consumers, price transparency and fair trading practices.

Consumer Association President Yang Yicai posted on Facebook on Wednesday (March 12) that five companies have obtained this certification.

In the article, Yang Yicai mentioned that he visited King's Way Pte Ltd, located in Kaki Bukit, which specializes in car audio accessories. This company, which has been operating for 28 years, is one of the first five companies to obtain the Copper Certification of Consumer Association Guarantee Mark. To protect consumer rights, the company has formulated transparent pricing and warranty policies.

Yang Yicai said the Consumer Association has been committed to helping consumers identify companies that promise and fulfill fair trading practices. He encouraged other companies to actively adopt the Consumer Association Guarantee logo and demonstrate their commitment to transparency and fair practices.
