The python “visited” Hongshan Market early in the morning. The public cleverly used cardboard boxes and stools to trap snakes and notified the authorities to come to catch the snakes.

The incident occurred at around 7 a.m. on Sunday (March 2) in the walkway near the 79th market in Hongshan Lane.

The Xinming Daily received a notice this morning that a python was present at the above location.

After the reporter arrived at around 8 a.m., the authorities had sent someone to capture the python.

Mr. Hong (65 years old), the owner of a nearby clothing store, told reporters that he saw a python in a nearby open space this morning, and later the python crawled to the pillar next to it.
