Tampines' Executive Condo (EC) Aurelle of Tampines will start previewing on Saturday (February 22). The three-bedroom unit starts from 1.417,000 yuan, and the price is equivalent to 1,687 yuan. This will also be the first new EC project this year.

The developer Sim Lian Group issued a statement announcing the news on Friday (21st).

Jingyingxuan has a total of 760 units, covering three-bedroom to five-bedroom units, with an area ranging from 840 square feet to 1356 square feet. Among them, four-bedroom and five-bedroom units start from RMB 1.689,000 and RMB 2.258,000 respectively.

Jingyingxuan will be sold on March 8.
