The in-house lawyers of four Singapore companies have been among the top in-house lawyers in the Asia-Pacific region for their outstanding contributions to the company, industry and legal profession.

According to the rankings of Chambers and Partners, an internationally renowned legal rating agency, there were 36 internal lawyers selected, four of whom were from local companies.

They are Nguyen Ling of OCBC, Natasha Sulaiman of SIA, Wen Guangrong of Mapletree Investments, and Shantini Sanmuganathan of Singtel ), which comes from the finance, aviation, real estate and telecommunications industries respectively.

Chambers said the in-house lawyers listed were recommended by private practice lawyers, third-party consultants and internal peers, demonstrating the outstanding contributions these people have made to the company, industry and legal profession.
