PARKTOWN Residence, a large-scale comprehensive development project located in Tampines North, sold more than 87% of the units in the first weekend of opening, with an average rule price of RMB 2,360.

This new private housing project, jointly developed by Huaye Group (UOL), a subsidiary of Singapore Land and CapitaLand Development, has 1,193 residential units.

Huaye Group and Capita Development said 1,041 of these units have been successfully sold. Most buyers are citizens and are used for self-occupation and investment.

The developer also said that PARKTOWN Residence, as a comprehensive residential and living project, has attracted many home buyers. The project directly connects the mall, the future Tampines North Metro Station, bus transfer station, boulevard, people's club and hawker center, providing unique convenience.

Lin Fuhai, general manager of the residential marketing department of Huaye Group, said that the average price of units sold in the project is RMB 2,360 per square foot.

PARKTOWN Residence is expected to become the largest mixed-use superpower project in the local area and is also Tampines' first comprehensive superpower development project. The residential units of this 199-year land deed are distributed in two six or seventh floors, eight 11st floors, and two 12-story buildings, covering one to five bedrooms, and some apartments also have study rooms. The unit area ranges from 463 to 1679 square feet.

According to a previous statement released by Huaye Group and CapitaLand Development, the new private housing project is expected to obtain a temporary enrollment certificate in mid-2030.
