Singapore police forces released electronic images to find a man involved in a shop theft case to assist in the investigation.

Police issued a statement on Monday (February 24) evening saying that a shop theft occurred in the Raffles City shopping center last Wednesday (19th). The police released a bald man photographed by the electro-eye image, hoping to find the man to assist in the investigation.

The public can call the police hotline at 1800-255-0000 or access the Internet to provide clues to the police, and all information will be kept confidential.

Among the police released the full-year crime data for 2024, shop theft cases continued to rise, with a total of 4,237 cases last year, an increase of 298 (7.6%) from 3,939 cases the previous year, accounting for 21.2% of all physical crimes.

The police called on businesses to continue to prevent theft and reminded the public not to break the law.
