The Environmental Bureau stipulates that on the peak days of ancestor worship, that is, March 22, 23, 29, 30, 31, or April 4, 5, 6, 12, 13, and 18, On the 19th and 20th, the public who drives to the urn resettlement in Choa Chu Kang must make an appointment online in advance.
The public who intends to drive to the Wanli Urn Reservation House to worship from March 22 to April 20, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. to 6 p.m. must also make an appointment online.
The public can make an appointment for parking space online from 10 a.m. on March 10, and then drive to the urn resettlement site at the designated time with email or mobile phone text messages.
Before leaving, drivers can go to the Environmental Bureau website to check the traffic conditions of the road sections around these two urn placements.
Visitors taking public transportation or going to the urn house during off-peak hours do not need to make an appointment online.
The authorities will provide free shuttle bus service on the above-mentioned peak days of ancestor worship, including the Yuchi Subway Station and the Choi Chu Kang Urn Resettlement, as well as the Kadi Subway Station and the Wanli Urn Resettlement.
Authorities remind the public that repairs are underway in parts of the Choa Chu Kang Urn Resettlement House and people should avoid access to these places.
When the Environmental Bureau urges the public to pay homage to his ancestors, they should burn paper in an incinerator, and do not leave any food or garbage after the grave sweeping, keep the environment clean and hygienic, and do not bring pets to the urn settlement.
