The Singapore Land Administration has established a strategic partnership with the two units to jointly discuss the use of aerospace technology and data to develop solutions to address climate mitigation and adaptation related challenges.

The Land Administration made the above announcement at the Global Aerospace Technology Conference held at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Center on Wednesday (February 26).

The first partner project is the authorities and the Office for Space Technology and Industry (OSTIn), which is affiliated to the Economic Development Bureau, jointly launched an Earth Observation Plan, and make good use of relevant data to formulate solutions to the Asia-Pacific region. Challenges in sustainable development and humanitarian aspects.

The second partner project is the authorities' cooperation with the Remote Sensing and Image Processing Center of the National University of Singapore to use remote sensing data to enhance carbon biomass research and develop application functions of surveying and mapping and land monitoring.

The Land Administration signed memorandums of understanding with the above two units at the conference on Wednesday.
