The case of suspected conspiracy to renew the trial of counterfeiting vaccines for others. Xu Xiaopei, the founder of the anti-vaccine organization, posted a post online. The accused claimed in court that the post contained content contempt of court, and she later modified and deleted some posts.
The founder of the anti-vaccine organization, Xu Xiaopei (49), general practitioner Ke Jiezhi (36), and clinic assistant Cai Qingshun (43), are suspected of conspiring to make false statements about the Health Care Promotion Bureau, lying that others have been vaccinated.
The three denied their guilt. The case was tried last year. The defense opposed the listing of these confessions as evidence in court on the grounds that Ke Jiezhi had recorded six of the police confessions under threat, seduced or promised. In response, the court had previously held an interrogation to determine whether Ke Jiezhi voluntarily recorded these confessions.
The case was resumed on Tuesday (March 4), but before the trial began, the prosecution filed a post posted by Xu Xiaopei on the Internet a few days ago, saying that the post was related to the trial and contained content contempt of court, such as the investigation director of the Central Police Agency, the Superintendent Chen Bisheng, held a “secret meeting” with Ke Jiezhi.
The prosecution pointed out that the case is still under trial and such posts can be regarded as contempt of court, and urged the court to ask Xu Xiaopei not to make such comments.

According to the website of the Attorney General of Singapore, when a case is heard or expected to enter judicial proceedings, words and deeds that may damage the fairness of the court or interfere with witnesses' appearance, etc., can be regarded as contempt of court.
After learning about it, the judge asked Xu Xiaopei's lawyer to view the post and provide corresponding advice to his clients during the lunch break. At the afternoon trial, the lawyer said that after he discussed with Xu Xiaopei, the latter had “taken some steps” to the content of the post.
The judge finally suggested that Xu Xiaopei should try to avoid it unless she is fully confident that the information of the case reported is accurate.
