The Central Drug Control Bureau launched a raid, scouting out nearly five kilograms of marijuana, as well as multiple e-cigarettes and candy foods believed to contain marijuana ingredients, and arrested two men and women involved in the case.
The Narcotics Anti-Drug Administration issued a statement on Thursday (March 6) saying that the authorities launched two raids on Tuesday (4th), seizing a large number of heroin and marijuana and arresting four Singaporean men and women suspected of drug trafficking. The black market price of this batch of drugs exceeds 619,000 yuan, which is enough to allow about 2,630 drug users to use it for a week.
Late Tuesday night, Narcotics Office personnel arrested a 27-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man in the parking lot of a commercial building on Bukit 3 Road, Gaki. The man was then taken to a unit in the building where the authorities found about 4.99 kilograms of marijuana, 279 grams of gamma, 222 grams of methamphetamine, 115 grams of Itada, and 250 lysergic acid diacetamide (LSD) stamps.
What is interesting is that the authorities have also found electronic cigarettes and cigarette cartridges suspected of containing tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), as well as marijuana food, etc. After taking THC, symptoms such as anxiety, confusion or paranoidness may occur.
Drug sterilists also seized about 11 grams of methamphetamine from the car driven by the woman.
