According to the information disclosure after the listing company closed on Friday (March 7), Huang Yilin has obtained control of 115 million shares of UOL Group and 1.64 million shares of Haw Par from the administrator of Huang Zuyao's estate. This greatly increased the equity of Huaye Group, which Huang Yilin directly and directly controlled by Jianjian, to 29.711%.
Huang Zuyao's third son, Huang Yilin, is the chairman of Huaye Group, the largest listed real estate developer in Singapore, and is also the president and CEO of Hubao Enterprise, a manufacturer of Tiger Biao Panjin Oil.
Earlier on Friday, Bloomberg reported that the estate manager of the late banker Huang Zuyao had transferred control of the remaining shares held by Huang Zuyao during his lifetime to Huang Zuyao's heirs, including UOB shares worth about US$9 billion (about S$12 billion) and UOB shares worth about US$1.4 billion (about S$1.86 billion) or 38% of Huaye Group shares.
The various holding companies of the Huang family, including CY Wee & Co, are currently entirely owned by Huang Zuyao's wife, three sons and two daughters.
After the market closed on Friday, Huaye Group disclosed that Huang Yilin acquired more than 20% of the equity of CY Wee & Co, and indirectly controlled 115.16 million shares of Huaye Group through the holding company. This has increased the total equity of Huaye Group, which Huang Yilin directly and indirectly controlled, from 16081% (135.87 million shares) to 29711% (251.03 million shares).

After the market closed on Friday, Hubao Enterprise revealed that Huang Yilin obtained more than 20% of the equity of CY Wee & Co, and indirectly controlled 1.64 million shares of Hubao Enterprise through the holding company. This has led to the increase of the equity of Hubao Enterprise, which Huang Yilin directly and indirectly controlled by Jian, from 34.14% (75.57 million shares) to 34.88% (77.21 million shares).
Huaye Group's share price rose 1.57% to 5.81 yuan on Friday, while Tiger and Leopard Enterprise rose 0.62% to 12.96 yuan.
