CapitaLand Group will work with Microsoft and the Singapore Federation of Industry and Commerce to accelerate business transformation through artificial intelligence, cloud computing and digital solutions.
CapitaLand Group issued a statement on Tuesday (March 11) saying that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Microsoft to enter the AI Pinnacle Program, “This plays a key role in promoting CapitaLand Group to transform its business model through artificial intelligence and advanced technologies, improve operational efficiency and improve customer interaction.”
The group also said it is the first diversified real estate and asset management company to join the AI excellence program.
The contents of the above memorandum include finalizing potential cooperation areas for infrastructure development, using Microsoft's cloud computing platform to develop more solutions for CapitaLand Group, tailoring artificial intelligence solutions for CapitaLand Group's business, simplifying enterprise business processes through artificial intelligence, and providing training and development plans based on artificial intelligence.

On the other hand, CapitaLand Investment also signed a memorandum with the Singapore Business Federation to promote the application of technology for the former's business ecosystem, and thus strengthen business progress and operational efficiency.
