The results of the tender for the A section of the media circle launched by the government in November last year were released. This area has won a total of three parties, with the highest bidding floor area ratio price of 1,037 yuan.

The Urban Reconstruction Bureau issued a statement on Tuesday (March 4) to announce the bid results. By the time of the bid cut at 12 noon on Tuesday, Media Circle received three bids in total, and Qingjian Realty, the highest bid, with a bid price of 315 million yuan, equivalent to a floor area ratio of 1,037 yuan per square foot.

The other two real estate companies that bid are EL Development and Sing-Haiyi. The two companies offered price tags of RMB 298 million and RMB 295 million respectively, which were equivalent to the floor area ratio of RMB 981 and RMB 971.

The A section of the media circle belongs to a 99-year land deed with an area of ​​7629.7 square meters (about 82,125 square feet), with a maximum total area of ​​28,240 square meters, and can build 325 residential units, and commercial space is set up on the first floor.
