The incident occurred at around 10 a.m. on Monday (March 10) at the passenger carriage at Building 3 of Marina Bay Financial Center (MBFC).

According to the photos circulating on the Internet, a white car was parked at the passenger car site, and a man in black shorts was lying down beside him, with many public gatherings around him.

During a reporter's visit on Tuesday (11th), a staff member who did not want to be named said that the person who fell to the ground was a middle-aged private car driver. At that time, he drove to the passenger car at the empty car, not sure whether he was coming to carry the passenger or feeling uncomfortable while driving and stopped for help.

“The public nearby and the security personnel of the building came forward to provide assistance. Some people did CPR for him, and some people called an ambulance.”
