After the constituency review report was released, several political parties successively expressed their opinions.

The ruling People's Action Party issued a statement on Tuesday (March 11) saying that various party branches and active party members will make necessary adjustments based on the changed constituency scope to prepare for the upcoming general election. During this period, residents can continue to seek help from the existing Action Party branch.

The PAP also said that various party branches will continue to work closely with residents, listen to feedback, understand residents' needs, improve the community, and continue to focus on serving all Singaporeans.

Lin Muquan, chairman of the Singapore Democratic League, said that the White Sha-Punggol constituency was divided into two and the inclusion of White Sha into the Luoyang area was a change that attracted him, and the impact of these changes was being comprehensively evaluated. He said further responses and statements would be made.

The Singapore Democratic League has competed for the White Sand-Punggol Constituency Session four times.

“It is angering to re-define the constituencies and boundaries at will without reasonable reasons,” said Lin Ding, Secretary-General of the Voice of the People, on behalf of the People's Alliance for Reform.

The People's Alliance is composed of the Voice of the People, the Innovative Party and the Democratic Progressive Party.

He said that in the past four and seven years, Voice of the People has moved around parts of the Podong Brazilian district and the Monbaden district, respectively, and these areas have been incorporated into the new Marinpari-Bled Ridge constituency, without any justification.

Lin Ding said that Voice of the People will run for the new Jalanga by a single constituency. Jalanga is divided into districts by Ang Mo Kio Constituency. As a party formed by the People's Alliance, the Reform Party has challenged the Ang Mo Kio Constituency in the past three general elections, but none of them succeeded.

Lin Ding also said that Voice of the People is also preparing to run for the new Queen's Town single constituency.

The Red Dot United also issued a statement expressing disappointment with the constituency review report and criticized the report for “completely changing the political map of our western region”, especially the Jurong Group constituency.

According to the report, after the scope of the Jurong Group constituency is adjusted, it will be divided into four constituencies: Jurong Middle Singles Constituency, Jurong East-Bukit Batos Constituency, West Coast-Jurong West Constituency, and Netherlands-Bukit Timah Constituency.

Since the last general election, the Red Dot Concentrated Party has been working in the Jurong Grid Constituency. Currently, five groups of people actively visit communities and residents.

The Red Dot Concentric Party said that even in this “unfair and unequal competitive environment”, the Red Dot Concentric Party still plans to send people to Jurong Central District, Jalanga Yu District, Jurong East-Bukit Batoshi Constituency, Yishun Constituency, Tanjong Pagar Constituency and Latin Mas District to run for election.

“No matter how many obstacles we encounter, we will continue to stand firm for Singaporeans.”
